PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER A CUE.

It is very easy to be disappointed when buying anything unseen from the internet, be it from a dealer or not, some dealers do not do what I call 'right by the customer' some do not describe the cues correctly and are not prepared to accept cues back once they are sold.

With this in mind, thank you for looking at my site.

If you spot something you like – let me assure you can buy with confidence because:-

• All cues are described correctly.
• Usually cues are sent out as they have been received.
• However, should any necessary alteration or repair be undertaken it will be shown within the description box.

Purchasing system is as follows:-

• You choose the cue you wish to purchase.
• Either fill in our Contact/Enquiry form or Telephone me for a price.
• If the price sounds right for you, you send the money.
• Upon receipt ~ payment by Cash or confirmed Paypal the cue will be posted immediately – if paid by Cheque sorry but I have to allow 5 days for it to clear.

Upon receiving and inspection of the cue you find it to be ok - fine! if not, then telephone me and send the cue back by the same method of delivery - if no other cue is to your liking and the cue is returned in the same condition as it was sent, then your original purchase price will be returned in full.
